We’ve become very good at moving returns. The logistics question is where a garment needs to go. The value recovery question is what should happen to it.

Value isn’t necessarily lost because the garment is damaged. It’s lost to delay, distance, handling, lack of information, wrong intervention and wrong routing. And “can’t sell it, so destroy it” is no longer an adequate end-of-life strategy.
